How to Use
  1. Set up: remove the lid and place the warmer on a stable, dry surface. Add a small batch of hard wax without exceeding the 0.5 oz maximum wax capacity. Keep the unit away from water, children and pets.
  2. Heat with the Mini Meltdown Machine: add a small batch within its 0.5 oz maximum wax capacity and connect USB-C power. The Mini heats automatically. Stir until fully melted, then check for a honey-like flow. If it runs like water or feels too hot, disconnect power and allow cooling. Test a small amount on your inner wrist; it should feel comfortably warm. The light and elapsed time do not replace these checks.
  3. Power: follow the unit's supplied power specifications. Use a compatible 5V USB power source capable of supplying at least 2A for best performance; lower current can extend melting time. Stay with the unit while it heats.
  4. Patch test first: check wax temperature, wax a small part of the intended treatment area and wait 24 hours. Proceed only if no reaction occurs. A wrist-temperature check is a separate check before each use.
  5. Apply: choose a small area you can see clearly and control. Spread an even, continuous layer with a clean applicator in the direction of hair growth, leaving an edge you can grip. Keep wax off excluded areas. Hard wax does not need a fabric strip.
  6. Remove: lightly touch the outer edge with a clean fingertip. If it sticks or draws strings, wait and check again. Once no longer sticky, hold skin taut and pull quickly against hair growth, low and parallel to skin. Leave missed hairs alone instead of repeating passes. Never heat a patch already on your skin.
  7. Finish: stop if skin burns, blisters, lifts or becomes increasingly painful; seek medical advice for injured skin. Turn off, unplug and let the warmer cool completely before cleaning or storage. Follow its cleaning instructions.
